Nice workout! The cardio section was very easy to follow. I got most of the moves on the first try.  It wasn't too easy nor was it extremely hard in terms of intensity.  The weight section packed a lot in for 30 minutes and hit every muscle group. I used 15s and 20s, so it felt tough at times.  I did just a few minutes of the cool down, so I can't really comment on that.  I think this workout is a great way to sculpt and burn calories in an hour. Or  each section would be great as an add on to another workout.

I really enjoyed using the high step to give and increased burn. Michelle always does a great workout that works everything. She is very motivating. I love this workout.

Don't shy away from getting this workout because you don't have a high step or discs - a regular step will suffice (the sit down exercise can be done on a chair or couch and the side leg exercise can be done from a regular step) and paper plates work just fine instead of the discs.  Impeccable instruction, effective exercise segments and a WONDERFUL, thorough stretch segment - five stars!!!
