These latest offerings from Mike have become my favorites....he has really progressed through the years and has perfected his delivery and design to offer wonderful, fun yet extremely challenging workouts. Well done....hope to see more. I save Diesel for high energy days as it is a killer, in a good way.

Love this DVD, Mike pushes really hard to combine high intensity cardio moves with strong toning.  Squats, donkey kicks, burpees and spider moves will leave you breathless.

This is a really good mix of weighted compound moves (eg. squat to shoulder press) and unweighted cardio bursts (eg. mountain climbers and, my favorite, rapid donkey kicks).  There are several burpee versions, so you need to love burpees to get the most of out this.  I use 8 lb weights, and they keep my heart-rate up; if I want to make this "killer," I will try 10 lbs.  There is great rapport between Mike and Jamie, and I hope they work together again.  These two recent Mike D workouts (this and Xtreme Burn Bodyweight) have become a staple in my rotation.
