This dvd has several people in a group led by Amy. One of the girls shows the low impact versions of each exercise.  It is similar to Ultimate Fat Burn but it is broken up into segments. I said it before - Amy is really motivating. She is so encouraging and makes you feel like you can do everything.

This is a short workout that's great when you're not feeling too ambitious, but want to feel like you revved up your metabolism. Adding it on to another 30 minute workout turned out well for me. There's a modifier if you're not in the mood for burpee push-ups, for example. Strength sections using light weights alternate with cardio.  Amy cues well, and I like the organization and the exercises in this workout. I'm not picky myself, but some might not like hearing the background people being kind of loud at times.

Amy leads a bunch of girls with one offering modifications and lots of noise from one of them which is nice because it kind of brings the background exercisers into the room with you along with Amy.  Broken up into separate weights and cardio sections with the weights sections being fast moving multi-muscle moves so lighter weights are better.  The moves are easy enough to pick up but not boring and Amy is her usual effervescent self.  Wonderful.

A big fan of Amy and this is the one that made me fall in love with her workouts. I love that this has both weights and fun cardio in it. I love the sport style drills and Amy's happy personality really helps you move a little faster and push a little harder.
