    This dvd has several people in a group led by Amy. One of the girls shows the low impact versions of each exercise.  It is similar to Workout in Ten but the segment isn’t broken up. I did the low impact version because of my weak knees and I was sweating. Amy really gets you going. Her cueing is perfect.
