AFRICAN BOUND (18 Minutes), a high intensity cardiovascular workout utilizing African dance movements on the Urban Rebounder. The music is a mixture of African and Caribbean rhythms and melodies.

Great workouts to use on the rebounder; althought Tracy, one of the instructors can sometimes be a little "too much", I know she tries to be encouraging, but she sometimes say weird things like: "no judge", "I love you", "you're my best friend", etc. She is sometimes funny though, the workouts are solid and challenging, except for Jojo's workouts which are always the easiest of the compilations, but he is nice to workout with as he makes me smile! So, I'm glad to have these compilations in my collection.
