Very good but has some flaws May 11, 2017

It's great to have a shorter set of workouts from Tracy. I usually use parts of her other workouts as add-ons anyway, so this works well for me. There are a lot of new and innovative moves in this DVD, and she moves quickly between them. I would not recommend this to someone new to Tracy for that reason (unless you have a lot of patience!).

One problem for me is the music. I which Tracy would go back to using the good quality music he had in her earlier workouts. I still pull out Post Pregnancy and Mat Workout just because I love the music. I would pay more for more like that. There are also a couple of noticeable and annoying flaws: in the upper body workout the music stops completely for a few minutes. At one point in one of the lower body segments her ankle weight falls off. I think those two problems should have been fixed during editing.

Very Good! Very Tracy! May 13, 2015

This is a very good and complete workout that is broken down on six increments. The segments have a different body focus do you can mix and match as you please. The setting is beautiful and airy.  Tracy counts and her cueing is excellent. She uses some signature moves as well as some unique ones.  One thing about Tracy is that you have to watch her arm position as she does leg/butt work. Sometimes she'll be on her forearms, one arm extended or just on one arm balancing. With her exercises position is everything and it may take a couple if times to get it right. Another thing is that she used her whole body and that includes momentum. Regardless of what the focus is the body is in sync.
Tracy is also very friendly and cheerful in this one. Used in its entirety it is an excellent workout.

I was excited to try this,as I love many of Tracy's dvd's and I love how this was broken into individual segments.My favorite segments are the upper body segments as I have always loved Tracy's arm excercises.The only part I don't like is the Abs part-I usually skip that segment and do her Mat abs.I also love the background in this and Tracy cues and smiles in this!I really love and look forward to using this!
