In Level Two of the Perfect Design Series, Tracy Anderson leads 47 minutes of innovative sequencing for intermediate level performers, including Warm Up, Abs workout, Arms and Legs, Butt and Thighs. A Yoga Mat or towel and a chair is needed for this workout.

This is the second level and phase of the PDS by Tracy Anderson. You are meant to start this workout after you have done PDS I for 10 days in a row. This routine uses a chair as a barre and for some kneeling work. The beginning of this is all standing using the chair for balance for leg lifts, plié's etc. Then you do some all fours kneeling leg work and ab work that uses the chair as a guide. The workout ends with more rib isolations and free arms like PDS I. The same modern music is used along with Tracy doing  voice over cuing. I like this one because of the barre feel to the first part of the workout and the standing abs and free arms like the first workout. This also corresponds to the 30 Day Boot Camp book and the moves are outlined therein. Tracy has a serious demeanor in this series, but I do like it a lot.
