Nice intro to TA Dance January 15, 2014

This Tracy A dance workout is a nice intro to her Dance Cardio style. There is no verbal cuing, but it is fairly simple to mimic her moves. The music and the setting are modern and fresh. There is a little toning to the moves and a lot of repetition so you can just dance. I like that the segments are fairly short- just enough IMO !
