This DVD provides a nice moderate cardio workout. You will not be exactly gasping for air but you will feel a nice cardio effect. The choreography is simple and fun and the workouts are short. After you finish one segment you can pick another of your choice. I feel that not every workout needs to be super intense, I do have other workouts when I'm in the mood for that. However this may not be enough as a stand alone but rather as an add on. This is how I would use them.
