This is a nice workout. Each segment works you just until you begin to tire of it.  Then you are off to a different style segment.  I was pleasantly tired when I finished this one, and I  was left with no dread factor at the thoughts of doing this workout again...

It is a solid calming workout. I do love her newer stuff more but this will give you workout with the zen effect. Tracey as usual is positive and motivating.

Slow, Calming Workout July 6, 2014

This workout is great for a day when you don't want to work yourself to exhaustion but still want to do something. The exercises look a lot easier than they are, and I find that the more I do it, the more I get out of it as I can focus more on form and less on just following.  The cardio segment, which only last 15 minutes, isn't my favorite. I much prefer her Fuse Dance ones when I want to do something cardiovascular. It's great for yoga and pilates fusion targeting the whole body.
At the very end, Tracey has you lie on the mat and just relax for a minute or two. I love that.
I can do this workout in the morning or the evening as it will leave me feeling both invigorated and relaxed.
