Slim Sculpt is mind/body sculpting at its most efficient. This signature Studio workout blends yoga, weight training and dance to tone the muscles of the body without building bulk. A set of light hand weights is recommended, no shoes required.

My secret is using large, controlled motion that lengthens and strengthens. Slim Sculpt consists of a 30 minute flowing standing series, followed by 15 minutes of abdominal and butt work 45 minutes in all, for all fitness levels and all body types.

This one is another of her more challenging workouts in her studio and live series.  Even with 2 pound weights my arms feel very worked out by the end.  She gets the legs and abs as well with her large standing movements and focused mat work.  While there are some familiar moves it still feels like a whole new routine.  Another big thumbs up for Ellen.

I love this. I can really feel it the next day. What a great workout. I love working out barefooted. I now have six of her workouts and want to get all of them so I have variety. They are so soothing!

Love the fusion with weights July 25, 2014

I love Ellen she makes such feel good workouts that leave your energized. This one is great with the use of hand weights (light) to give you some added strengthening but what a burn on the shoulders. I had to drop the weights. Another feel good from Ellen a must have.

Great Light Weights Fusion Workout! July 6, 2014

I love this workout because Ellen creates the best fusion workouts, but now in Slim Sculpt she includes light dumbbells for even more toning. Holding the weights while doing large range of movements with your arms can be more challenging than it appears. After holding the weights for a few minutes you might realize you need to drop down to lighter weights. Occasionally I tried to use 3 pounds with this workout, but usually it is 2 pounds. I have weak shoulders so I have to be careful not to go too crazy with the weights in this routine, but I still like this workout for the amazing flow. There is something to be said for workouts that combine cardio and weights without wearing you out, yet still targeting the muscles appropriately. Ellen is a pro at this type of workout and she shines in this one.

Another must-have Ellen workout July 2, 2014

I don't know how Ellen does it, but she always gets me working hard.  Slim Sculpt is surprising because I have yet to graduate beyond 2-lb weights.  I can use higher poundage for other workouts but not this one.  Maybe a bit too focused on the shoulders, but I love Ellen. Slim Sculpt is standing and mat work.  You'll feel invigorated and energized.  A keeper and good complement to Fat Burning Fusion!
