This is one of my favorite Firm workouts. I'm no expert, having only tried "pink Firms", many of which are not on my shelf any more. This one is still there because I reach for it often enough and always enjoy it.
The workout is low-intermediate and follows the typical firm pattern of four-limb-strength move blocks alternating with cardio segments.  The cardio in this one is fun, especially the kickboxing segment.
Alison is encouraging and cues well throughout the 45 minute workout.  One of the background exercisers is Jennifer Galardi!

This workout is a regular part of my workout rotation. As others have said it's fun to do, and provides a good solid workout. It's also low impact and I found it easy on the joints. There isn't much ab work, so if someone is looking for that, they may be disappointed. I also really like that almost the entire workout is done standing. As many times as I have done this workout, it still gets my heart rate up, and I have had this workout for many years.

I own 5 fitness DVD's from The Firm that I rotate through each weekday. This one is one of my favorites. It is fun, easy to follow, and a great workout. I have been doing aerobics for over 30 years, I am 53 now, and The Firm workouts have been my favorite for over 15 years. This DVD I save for the middle of the week, between the harder workouts, as a kind of a break

Alison Davis is my fav instructor, she has a body to die for and I love her videos. This is hands down my favorite Firm DVD thus far. I love to have fun when I am working out and this is hands down tons of fun. At times I feel like I am in a dance class learning new moves, but it's not too dancey. Some of the moves were difficult in the beginning, but I had fun learning them. When I am finished I am dripping with sweat and I've had fun doing it. As with all of the Firm DVD's that I own, I wish they had more Ab targeted workouts. That would make all of the dvd's that I own much better
