Time Crunch is a total-body workout designed by Founder of The Firm Anna Benson.

Susan Harris and Kai Soremekun alternate cardio and weights to get maximum results fast. The fast-slow warm-up (7 minutes) is followed by a fast-paced giant cardio-sculpt set (25 minutes) to burn fat and tone all major muscle groups. Supine core (6 minutes) precedes a final towel stretch. Complementary leads, Susan and Kai display accuracy, precision and athletic ability in a variety of activities. You will never watch the clock during this engaging workout.

This workout is a great addition to any Firm collection. I like that the cardio is effective and not really high impact. There's a lot of marching in place of running. The weights used are effective and the box work is very standard or traditional. Not a lot of fancy footwork on the box, which I like. I would highly recommend this workout.

One of my favorite workouts July 19, 2014

This was the first step workout I ever purchased (I bought it the first time it was released on dvd) and I still use it. This workout can be modified to most levels by using more or less weights and a high or low step. They use quite a few different size weights; but I use a light, medium, and a heavy set and it works fine. The steps are pretty easy to learn and low impact.  Ankle weights are IMO optional as they are only used for about 5 minutes. I would suggest a mat though as there is some floor work at the end. I also modify a couple of the moves as they seem a bit unsafe; but overall I like the workout a lot and would recommend it and  feel like I get a great workout when I am done.
