This is a good workout that seems to fly by. It is easy to follow, (deceptively) challenging and the instructor is great; Kelsie has a great demeanor and cues well. I only wish it contained more kickboxing segments. Despite of that, I recommend this workout.

I've been doing the Firm for many years and I'm never dissapointed when I try out a new workout. I especially like this instructor because she looks like she is enjoying herself as well as the rest of the group. The music is motivating and not one minute is wasted. It's very effecient and works all those "problem" areas in a reasonable amount of time. One can easily put this into their day and have fun!

Tough Workout! November 17, 2008

This is a really tough workout and I enjoyed it! Some of the moves I would classify as "advanced," but with consistent use, they are learnable. The workout focuses on mostly lower body, but I did feel it in my upper body as well. All-in-all another strong workout from The Firm.

This is my favorite workout DVD at this time. The weights add to the level of difficulty you want for the routine. Your body really feels it. I wish the workout would have been longer. I think this DVD is great b/c it can be used by more advanced fitness levels and easily adapted to for beginners. Many of the moves are similiar to other Firm workouts so it is easy to follow if you are used to the Firm.
