This video could have been a great workout if Emily was better at cueing the steps.  Kelsie McDaniel had much better cueing on this video as well as the others she is in.  Emily needs to work on cuing.  She is also fairly screechy when she calls out the moves.

This is a very good, enjoyable, yet short workout that I really enjoyed.  Time flew by with this workout.  I know it is only 30 minutes, but it felt quicker than that, in a good way.  Emily is great in this workout, I really enjoy her as an instructor.  The transitions are quick, which keeps your heart rate up and she packs a lot in this 30 minutes, which makes it very effective.  I am an advanced exerciser, and this one kept my attention and gave me a good little sweat.  Recommend it.

I seriously LOVE this workout.  It is no doubt my FAVORITE 30 minute workout!!!!  That said, you should know WHY I love it...and that not everyone seems to love it.  I LOVE that it moves quickly, I love the high energy, I love the instructor, I love that there is definately some (easy-to-follow-I-think) choreo, and that there are a VARIETY of moves in this one.  I think the music is a *little* better than most Firms.  However, beware that the person who traded this to me did so bc she disliked the high impact moves (there are several-but you can go low if you like).  I've heard others state that bc it moved quickly, it was harder to follow than some Firms; I must confess that this time efficient workout does not leave much chance for cuing ahead.  But, I felt a lot of moves were easy to anticipate and mirror.  And I ADORE that there is nothing boring about this one; get in, get going, get your heart rate up, and get it done. Probably my favorite Pink Firm.

I really did like this one-just wish it had more tougher moves..but time did fly by-as it is under 35 min-so a gREAT workout to do if you are short on time!! The only problem I had was her cuing was a tad bit off on some cardio moves--but usually her lead in other videos are superb!! Overall A!
