So tired half way in to it.I use weighted gloves. I do get confused when she says right and left. I do the right when she says left it seems to work that way.

I really like Dana Pieper, she has great energy and is very charismatic. This DVD is really fun - I put it in and punch and kick my stress away. I also like how it tells you when you are 25%, 50%, and 75% done. I took one star off simply because the cueing is kind of confusing and it can be hard to tell what side you're supposed to be on. After doing the DVD a few times it's much easier to follow and I no longer get confused.

I don't like kickboxing workouts but  I thought I would try this one. The music  and moves  were great, I was motivated to do more each day.

I love this workout, it's a very energetic, tough and intense workout; simple moves that get your heartrate up and keep it up. The music flows well with the workout, I like Dana's personality, I just hope she'll make more in this same format, I love this!
