    Love this workout, it packs quite a punch in 40 minutes! I always have serious DOMS afterwards. I don't know what weights are supposed to be used in the workout; I go for 4kg (9lbs) as my mediums and lights and 5kg (11lbs) as heavies. It moves at a really fast pace; my heart rate stays as high as if I were doing a pure cardio workout. I find it quite easy too follow, too, and I'm quite un-coordinated. I'm an upper-intermediate - low-advanced exerciser; usually do Kelly's, sometimes Cathe's workouts. I'm generally not a big fan of Firm videos; I find them to be a bit frantic, too many moves that don't seem to serve any purpose. Out of the ones that I tried I only liked this one and Calorie Explosion, although The Firm Express isn't bad, either.

    I really enjoyed this workout, Rebekah did a great job on this one. The workout was easy to follow and well choreographed. I used heavier weights to make the workout more intense. As with most FIRM workouts, the ab section is not long enough. Other than that I have no issues with the workout.

    I am so disappointed with this DVD. I was expecting a great weight workout with relatively light weights/high reps to get chiseled. It is more like a manic, unenjoyable, and confusing aerobic workout with some weights thrown in. The moves are bizarre, awkward and difficult to do, especially with weights. By the time I mastered a move, she was already on to another. I'm sure that if I'd been able to do some of the high-impact moves, I would have injured my knees. And with most of the moves, I don't think she did enough reps to be very effective for that muscle group. I'm sorry I wasted my money. my money

    A GREAT workout--you think its easy--cause the moves really are--but the way she works you--you WILL feel the burn!! Time flys by with this one--yet you feel like you just finished a good hour of solid workout!! A+
