Warm Up/Stretch (6min) with light dumbbells and weighted ball. Tough abdominal work (5 min) includes "core stability" moves with the weighted ball. PHA (peripheral heart action) for 24 min alternates between upper and lower body exercises. Floor work (7min) and cool down/stretch (2 min) leaves you de-stressed, firmer & lifted.

This workout is a compilation dvd that is alternatively taught by Carissa, Tamela and Dale. Although it is a total body workout, there is definitely an emphasis on push-ups and lunges in variation. The instruction is clear and easy to follow with straight-forward moves, and time goes by pretty quickly. It is an all-toning workout. It's not my favorite Firm, but it is nice for variety.
