Great for those time crunched days! July 2, 2014

Perfect for days when I don't have a lot of time.  I have a lot of 10 minute segment workouts - but most of those are Pilates or toning workouts.  I love being able to do one of these segments - they're all so fun!   It was "new-to-me" footage from the FIRM.   I started my fitness journey with the FIRM and am so happy to have this DVD!!
