I didn't find this DVD to be particularly difficult (I did all 3 levels).  But sometimes that's a good thing.  You should change up your workouts.  At times you really need to challenge yourself and at other times you need to scale things back.  

Of course, you can always use heavier weights (which is what I did).   I would recommend this DVD, but not for use all the time, just for occasional use.

I really enjoy this workout.  I like working hard and seeing how strong I am becoming.  The instructions are clear and easy to follow.  They spend a lot of time setting up the moves which ensures that you do them right to avoid an injury.  I highly recommend this DVD.  It's a terrific workout.

Improves the more you use it; good for all levels July 6, 2014

I bought this along with Cardio Max, which is the recommended pairing.  Cardio Max is a better program from an organizational standpoint, but Power Sculpt is great for all levels and a good companion to CM or other cardio DVDs. Heavy-up on the weights to grow with it.  The only reason I gave it 4 vs 5 stars is that he instructors, esp Jillian, take time to set up the moves which slows things down. But the more you use it, you can jump ahead and start the moves with less pausing.
