evening:  it starts off seated with breathing and stretching arms overhead. then transitions to standing with downdog, 1 leg up to lunge, then forward bending over front leg and triangle and twist. she holds the poses quite a while instead of lickety split like power yoga. the 40 min length intimidated me but you transition back to seated and she gives good pointers though no real modifications  (half lord of the fishes could've used some!) she does a neat twist a few poses that feel awesome. some seated forward bends and long savasana. I feel great after doing this you don't do all the 'typical' poses. also have a strap handy for shoulder stretches.
morning- moer challenging with standing bends/balance (warrior 3) longish abs (boat variations)long savasana - again nice but challenging and moves pretty slowly. more intermediate need to watch or be familiar with moves.
