Reminded me of the Live Tae Bo December 6, 2014

Even though this workout doesn't have the music that the live advanced workouts did, I feel that it had the same tempo and sweat factor as the lives.  There where a few different moves, but it all flowed really well.  I would put this one up as high intermediate/advanced.
