I really liked it! I did all five sections in one workout, and used a lighter (but not light) sculpting loop, as this was my first time doing this dvd. This dvd has some fun ab, butt, and thigh exercises using only the loop. There are five 10 minute sections – 2 for abs and 3 for legs. I would rate the dvd solid intermediate. I think you can make it harder or easier by changing the thickness of the band, getting lower in the squats, and really engaging your core and thigh muscles throughout. One small thing: while the cardio section was fun, I wish that the dvd had remained all toning and the cardio section taken out.  Overall, I really like the workout and can see myself using it for travel or if I just want to change up my lower body routine.

Jessica is one of the best instructors out there for her encouraging nature and well planned workouts. This is a prime example of it and loved using a different prob to get a better burn. I found the loop beyond frustrating because it twists and hard to keep it in place. I am sure I just need to find a better band.

Good workouts to tone the mid-section and the lower half.  Jessica is a great instructor, she is sweet, encouraging and makes you work harder than it seems, she always makes me feel like I'm working out with an old friend! The workouts are fun to do and with the resistance loop you actually feel the burn! I love it!

This is a nice workout if you can master the sculpting loop.  The loop tends to get twisted, and I often had to step the tape to adjust the loop... I really wanted to like this one...
