5 of 5 Superior body weight cardio workout July 11, 2014

This is one of Jillian's best workouts.  It's all bodyweight and cardio-focused so it's great for travel.  I find it tough every time I do it.  The workout is divided into 7 six-minute circuits.  Each circuit has a set of moves that you repeat to complete the circuit.  Beginners can start with a couple of circuits, then add on as endurance and strength increase.  There is not much advice in the way of modifications, so if you're very new to exercise or don't know many modifications, you might try a Biggest Loser workout before doing this one. Great paired with her No More Trouble Zones.

this was workout was better than i thought.  I review all of my workouts before i attempt to do them, and when i initially reviewed this one it just seemed average to me and it seemed like it moved slow.  when i actually did it, it was a different story.  it did start out kind of slow like i thought at first, but she kicks it into gear as u get farther into the workout and it ends up kicking your butt.  i do have to say that jillian is a little annoying and she talks a lot, but she is also trying to motivate you also.  i also think that once she has shown you how to do the correct form through the circuit the first time she shouldn't have to do the second time, so that kind of annoyed me, but that's just my opinion and it didn't take away from how good of a workout this is.
