I'm glad I purchased this one.  Susan is pleasant and her instruction is easy to learn. The students have regular bodies and are not fitness models.  Their smiles and laughter is natural and show they are enjoying themselves!  Nobody is perfect in performing the routines which makes me feel like I'm in a real class.  At first I used this is a back-up home workout when I couldn't get to my Zumba class, now it's part of my weekly rotation.  I can take the impact up or down depending on how I'm feeling on a particular day.  The first workout is total body latin dancing and the second workout is more abs/core focused dancing. This is a good one!
