    I was surprised to see a new Susan Powter workout as I have 2 of her older VHS workouts which I like.  This is a good work, lots of variety and cardio.   I  really like Susan's funny personality and it's a good deal for the money.

    Everything I wanted and then some January 10, 2009

    Interval style training in the same vein as Susan Powter's video Burn Fat and Get Fit, only better choreography!  All you need is a set or two of dumbbells and a step and you're set to go.  She has you switching back and forth between easy to follow step aerobics and upper body strength moves.  I would say it's her most fun workout yet.
