5 of 5 What a workout July 30, 2014
Reviewer: Jane from Ross on Wye, Herefordshire England
I have three of Susan's workouts and this one is by far my favourite. The music on this one really appeals to me and is probably the reason why I do the workout so often. Kickboxing is my favourite type of exercise and Susan is a fantastic instructor. There is a modifier for low impact options and another for higher intensity. Unlike her other DVDs this workout doesn't have a strength section which is a nice change. I like to wear weighted gloves throughout to up the intensity. Highly recommend this workout.

5 of 5 Sweat for sure! July 11, 2014
Reviewer: Lorrie Walker from Philadelphia, PA United States
I really like this one. It's all cardio except for the abs at the end.  The kickboxing and boxing combos felt a little awkward for starters, but I'm sure they will get easier after a few times.  Each combo is followed by a  nice blast.  The blasts are tough but very doable since they are short. I took a peek at the premixes and was pleased to see a premix that alternated the kickboxing and boxing combos. I think I'll be using that premix a lot.

5 of 5 A Favorite July 9, 2014
Reviewer: Suzanne from Arlington, VA United States
I have all four of Susan's releases and this is by far my favorite. It ranks up with Cathe's Hard Strikes and KP&J for the fun factor, combined with effective cardio and strength work. The combos in RF4 are interesting and require a bit of a learning curve. Well worth the effort in mastering them, though. I particularly love the boxing section. If you wear weighted gloves, you will feel it in your core, shoulders, arms, and back. The premixes on this one make the workout very versatile. The boxing-no blasts premix is a good one to do when I want to rest my legs but still get in a great workout.  Highly recommend this one. Susan's form pointers are excellent, and it's fun to watch how high Chris can jump!!

5 of 5 Susan rocks! July 7, 2014
Reviewer: Kerryn from Takaka, Golden Bay New Zealand
This is my second Susan Chung and its every bit as great as the previous rapid fire sweat.  Susan is so natural and likeable with good cuing and good music.  She reminds you of form and keeps you smiling with her lovely personality coming through nicely.  Chris offers advanced options and Kitty offers lower options. I had to do it a time or two before I could pick up all the choreography but thats only because I've got two left feet. Its 6 sections in total with three being kickboxing and the other three boxing.  Cardio blasts in between.  Easy on the joints. There are options for programming which I dont need because I like to do the whole DVD.  I work up quite a sweat and have fun along the way.

5 of 5 Great kickboxing workout! July 3, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Sterling, VA United States
Kickboxing is one of my favorite cardio workouts, and Rapid Fire 4 is one of my favorite videos in this genre. This is my first Susan Chung workout, and I'm looking forward to adding more to my library. The workout is divided into three kickboxing combos and three boxing combos, with cardio blasts in between. The combos are fun and effective, and have a nice flow. The cardio blasts are challenging. There is a low-impact modifier and an advanced modifier, so this workout can be customized for any level. If you add weighted gloves and do the intermediate or advanced level, you can burn significant calories and time flies by. This is a challenging, fat-burning workout that is gentle on the body and very enjoyable.  Susan queues well and is very motivating.
