I just started doing yoga and I never really liked yoga because it was just slow and boring to me. This yoga workout is just what I needed, its fast moving and not boring. I was sweating so much I felt like I had a good cardio workout.

Pretty decent workout for a light day.  Trish uses weighted gloves which I don't have so I opted for 3 pound weights whenever possible.  I felt I got a good shoulder and core workout.  There's a lot of plank work and many, many plank dogs!  The emphasis is definitely on the upper body. It's a good blend of stretching and toning.
