50 full-length thirty-minute workout sessions filmed in beautiful locations all across America. Begin with foundational step moves in Wyoming, and as we progress to each state, we’ll build on the moves we’ve learned previously and continue to increase our coordination, balance, strength, and memory all while learning fun new ways to keep our bodies continually moving with the rhythm and beat of the music. Step offers participants the ability to work at a high-intensity while keeping moves low impact and safe for joints, ligaments, and muscles.
