I did this workout regularly years ago and, after abandoning video workouts do my "own" workouts, I am returning to this workout (and Better Burn, Better Buns) to get back into the good, solid shape that I was in when I did this workout. For me, there're nothing like long, sweat inducing workouts to get the body and mind stimulated and fire up the fat burning furnace. This workout is the real deal.

Another great video from TLT. Jen works you hard with functional movements for a great metabolic workout.

This is one of four DVDs released under Tracie Long’s own Tracie Long Training label. All four DVDs are in a class of their own, and showcase Tracie’s distinct fitness philosophy — workouts which are creative with fresh moves and a functional fitness feel (think balance, agility, core strength and rotational movements). Because the movements are precise, the workouts can become more challenging as you gain experience.

“Strength in Movement” is led by Jen Carman and filmed in Tracie’s own studio in Charleston, South Carolina. I love the view of the harbour through the picture windows.

Like the other Tracie Long Training DVDs, “Strength in Movement” is unique, varied, challenging, and fun. It combines med ball cardio, strength work with light dumbbells, challenging core moves, and a dynamic stretch to finish off. Jen cues well and has a motivating style.
