This one did not leave me feeling as relaxed as I expected.  Maybe that is because I had trouble using the chair in some of the segments... These are good to use as add ons for a little extra stretching...

Don't let the beginner description scare you away if you want a nice stretch. These sections are perfect for cool down stretches. I thought the chair would be unnecessary for me because I'm a flexible person and regular yoga practitioner, but the chair actually allows you to feel the moves differently. You can settle in and really feel a nice stretch. As always, Rodney's delivery is descriptive and soothing. And the scenery is nice.
