2 of 5 Disappointing September 27, 2018
Reviewer: Jill from Australia
I agree with J Strauss from Alberta, Canada. The transitions weren't great and the moves were out of sync with the music. It had the potential to be a solid workout, but it just became awkward. Not sure I'll use it again. If I do, I'll follow the music not the trainers.

1 of 5 Not what I was expecting May 8, 2017
Reviewer: J. Strauss from Alberta, Canada
With all of the positive reviews, I had high hopes for this DVD and was very disappointed.  The transitions are terrible, the beat of the music didn't even come close to complementing the exercise and the instruction left a lot to be desired. Perhaps I'm spoiled with all of the expensive productions of other kickboxing DVDs that are out there. Whether it be Billy Blanks, Turbo Jam, or even Cathe, any of those are better than this.

5 of 5 Great kickboxing December 4, 2015
Reviewer: Lewis from NY United States
I was nervous to get this as I have  a bunch of KB workouts already, but I'm glad I got it!!!  From warm up to cool down is about an hour.  The warm up is in 3 segments sort of....you get your heart rate up a bit then do upper body warm up then lower body.  Each instructor takes turns doing segments throughout the workout.  They were really great and energetic.  This has alot of kicks in it so you get the lower body good and you'll feel your core come alive!  The segments are taught add on style and the moves were not overly choreographed so you won't get lost.  I wore 1 lb hand weights for the whole thing and it was fine.  I usually do Cathe, Dozois, Patrick Goudeau and Paul Katami.  This workout will Def have a place in my rotation!

5 of 5 Intense and fun July 27, 2014

This is almost a better version of Les Mills Combat classes (compared to live Combat classes in the gym) than Beachbody Combat.

5 of 5 Great workout! July 15, 2014
Reviewer: RedPanda from Australia
This is one of Tracey Staehle's better DVDs. The use of three different instructors, with their differing but complementary styles, keeps things interesting, and the workout flows well.

Josef's instruction is excellent, and the setting in a boxing gym adds an authentic touch.

4 of 5 I like this, but prefer Strike Zone July 12, 2014
Reviewer: MSU from NC
This is a very thorough, non threatening kind of KB workout. She alternates with two other Les Mills instructors who really seem to have great form. Because they share instructing, time moves quickly. They also include a little bonus work, and the set is really cool, as it was filmed in a real boxing gym. I wish she had some other productions with these co-instructors.

5 of 5 Fun, Effective July 9, 2014
Reviewer: Suzanne from Arlington, VA United States
This is my first Tracey S. workout, and I was impressed!  First, the choreography was easy to master, so you get a great workout during your first view. The moves were fun and except for one segment, were done at a speed where you could really use full strength. Impressed by how it worked the entire body.  Music was great, and the three different instructors had different but complimentary styles that kept the workout fresh. A keeper!!

5 of 5 Fun & Challenging Kickbox Workout July 2, 2014
Reviewer: Susan from MO, United States
I've always been a fan of Tracey's kickboxing workouts and this one is really fun. I like Tracey's "give it your all" attitude & the fact that you do quick little sets of kickboxing moves rather than one long routine that you repeat over & over. Her cuing has never been her strong suit, but after doing the workout a couple times, your body remembers what to do so you can really get the most out of it. I used 1 lb hand grips throughout the workout & felt the burn afterward. I like the fact that she also allows Jerico & Josef lead as well. Both were excellent instructors. In fact, I wish Josef & Jerrico would make their own videos. :-)

5 of 5 A 5 Stars Workout! June 17, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Somewhere in the Nord!
I have done this workout several times, and it is so much FUN!!!  I love the music, the instructors and the exercises, also the stretch at the end is awesome, as others mentioned I'd have loved a cool down before the stretch, as I was done with the stretch and was still dripping sweat the first time I did it, so I now try to cool down a bit before the stretch.  I also love the premixes as you can choose to do a 20, 30 or 45 minutes workout or do the whole thing! I wish every workout would give you so many options!  Great value for the money for sure!
