I now have 6 boxing and kickboxing routines. Love them! I thought this was really challenging.

5 of 5 A favorite November 1, 2015

I love this workout. You can make it as hard or low key as you want. On days when I want a low impact session, I skip the leg drills. The workout is chaptered, so it's easy to move from section to section.

4 of 5 Not Cathe's hardest, but a fun workout February 13, 2015
Reviewer: Laura S. from Rockville, MD United States
This DVD is worth trying for its focus on punching drills and the cardio bursts and because it's just plain fun. If you are looking for an advanced and/or HARD workout, this isn't it. I think advanced exercisers could do this workout and have fun as long as they aren't expecting Cathe's hardest (or anything close to it).

4 of 5 Fun and Different July 16, 2014
Reviewer: Bells
I am not an MMA person, so my view is a bit skewed.  I don't reach for this often only because it isn't my style - I prefer step or MWT or HiiT.  However, when I do reach for it, I always like it a bit more.  Keeps variety in my workouts so I don't do the same things over and over.  Good cueing.

5 of 5 Great boxing workout! July 13, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from MO United States
I am definitely a fan of Cathe's workouts and this is no exception!  This is a great boxing workout with nice combos, agility drills, and a wonderful abs section.  The length is just right and I get a nice sweat going with this workout.  To up the intensity, I add one pound weighted gloves and normally feel it in my shoulders the next day.  (Please note that this is a "boxing" workout not kickboxing.  I have read negative reviews and complaints due to the lack of "kicks" which one should not expect in a "boxing" workout.)  All in all, this is a another winner from Cathe!

4 of 5 An authentic and fun workout March 13, 2010
Reviewer: RedPanda from Australia
I take boxing classes with a professional boxer, and felt this was a fairly authentic boxing workout. Many of the moves, especially the agility drills, are the same, or similar, to those we do in class. The pace isn't too fast, allowing you to focus on your form, and the music with its heavy beat suited the workout. I liked the heavy bag bonus too.

This is a short, fun workout with no dread factor.
