5 of 5 New to Cathe--this was AWESOME! September 7, 2021
Reviewer: Melissa from Northern California
I've just discovered/graduated to Cathe level workouts. She's awesome! This was my first Legs workout from her, and I was impressed by the variety and newness of the exercises, and how thoroughly the legs got worked. My calves were sore to the touch for DAYS afterwards. Just really good toning!

5 of 5 Maybe My Favorite of Cathe's Leg Routines August 13, 2016
Reviewer: DeniseCS from The Villages, FL United States
I have had this DVD for a few years but have only used it one time before.  Why, I don't know as this may be my all time fav of hers.  Even though it is 67 minutes in length, it flies by.  Half is standing and the other is on the floor.

If you are a longtime Cathe fan, you know she has a lot of leg workouts and maybe this is why it took me sometime to use this one again.  I love, love it.  There's not a lot of weights to use and the barbell is set at one weight the whole time (I always like that).  The dumbells are not heavy ones but you still get an incredible burn.  Incredibly fun and I highly recommend it.

5 of 5 One of my all-time favorite lower body DVDs July 12, 2014
Reviewer: from Pittsburgh
Cathe has the best weighted lower body workouts, and this one and Lower Body Blast are my two very favorites. Cathe takes you through standing leg work and then further brutalizes your legs with floor work. She uses a high step, stability ball, resistance band, weights, and barbell. I don't own a barbell but just modify by using weights. In the standing work the calf raises are particularly murderous, but the entire workout is tough.

Cathe is her usual motivating, friendly self - she always knows right when my form is starting to go or when I want to quit and says the perfect thing to make me continue or adjust my form. I love this DVD: it's effective, hard, and somehow enjoyable as well.

5 of 5 Classic Cathe! July 11, 2014
Reviewer: RedPanda from Australia
This is one of Cathe's many DVDs which has stood the test of time. It has a similar feel to the "Legs & Glutes" workout from “Kick, Punch, Crunch + Legs & Glutes”, yet is different enough that it's worth buying both DVDs. (I'm not sure how Cathe manages to keep her workouts so varied and fresh, but I'm glad she does.)

5 of 5 Great leg burner July 10, 2014
Reviewer: Bells
Easily one of my favorite weight workouts from Cathe.  I bought the Gym Style series as my first Cathe weights workout and this is what got me to quit my gym membership and only work out from home - I haven't looked back and have better results than from the gym.  There is a standing and floor portion and she seems to hit every muscle - the slow-mo lunges at the end of the standing portion are especially killer.  Good pace and is over before you know it.

5 of 5 Cathe at her BEST!!!! October 4, 2010
Reviewer: Coleen Forward from Pasadena, CA United States
Cathe is in top form for the entire Gym Style Series. I got great results from rotating the three and adding some cardio. How does Cathe make it so challenging and yet fun? The workout flies by and is a great challenge. I've owned this series for 5 years and still am impressed with the difficulty and innovation.

4 of 5 Must buy Xtra equip to use DVD November 17, 2008
Reviewer: Nattie J from Lafayette, LA
I love the product, however, you must own or buy several other pieces of equipment to do the entire video. Must have step, resistance bands, free and bar weights, and ball. The DVD, however, will definitely give your legs a workout. The will be screaming by the end!
