5 of 5 Wonderful dance workout with exceptional music June 22, 2015
Reviewer: Katie Ann
I have taken Zumba before and other latin type aerobic dance classes and this is just like being in class EXCEPT that the music is better!  I think the music is memorable and catchy and it makes this workout fun and effective for my heart rate.  Great choreography.  Christi does the best cuing in her videos and this time she manages to cue better than all the others out there without saying a word.  I hope that she continues to make great workouts.

5 of 5 Fun and easy to follow workout July 25, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Sterling, VA United States
I am always happy to find a great dance workout video, as I think they are few and far between. This is probably one of the best I have in my collection. Christi's use of non-verbal cueing really is ingenious.  The dances are easy to follow, yet varied enough not to be boring.  The music in general is good...it's not my favorite and one of the songs is not to my personal liking, but it's a nice mix of tunes that most people would enjoy, so I think it adds to the wider appeal for most audiences. This DVD is chaptered well by each song, so you can easily fast forward one that you don't enjoy. If you do all of the segments, it makes for a great 60 minute workout that just flies by, and I can burn up to 500 calories without feeling run down or beat up.  I highly recommend this and am eagerly awaiting the additional workouts in this series that Christi has promised.

5 of 5 Fun, easy to catch on July 13, 2014
Reviewer: Donna from Cleveland OH
This is my first Christi Taylor DVD. I really find this workout to be fun. I'm not quick to catch on to choreography and I'm not a dancer, but I found that by watching the intro to the moves, they were fairly easy to catch on during the workout.  You'd think that a workout without verbal cueing would be difficult, but the dances make sense/flow and her hand signal cues are easy to follow. I feel like this workout can be as challenging as you want it to be--its up to you to put in the effort for the moves, so you can keep it fun and easy or really put yourself into it for a more challenging workout.

5 of 5 Amazing workout from Christi July 13, 2014
Reviewer: Patti S from Fullerton, CA United States
This workout is pure fun, the sweat factor is a big bonus.

Christi does not verbally cue in this workout...and I can still follow the moves.  She is a wonderful instructor.

The music is great and the group of backgrounders look like they are having a ball, which adds a lot to the fun factor of the workout.

Not one bad thing to say about this workout!  I hope that Christi will consider putting out more of these.

5 of 5 Fun for light days July 5, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Pennsylvania
This is my go-to DVD for days I don't want to work out and just want to have fun. It's chaptered really well (each song is its own chapter), so I can skip ahead to my favorite songs. I'm not great with choreography but the moves were easy to pick up. This one always leaves me in a good mood.

5 of 5 Fun, fun, fun July 3, 2014
Reviewer: T from Tarpon Springs, FL United States
The pros far outweigh the cons with this one. The music is great. The moves are fun. Sometimes it was a bit too fast for me but I was having so much fun it didn't matter.

5 of 5 Good even for non-dancers July 2, 2014
Reviewer: Kate Tucker from Spicer, MN United States
I am no dancer and often struggle with choreography, but his is a really fun dance workout. Although it says there are 12 songs, there's only 11. Includes a warmup and cool down.
Lots of Latin music and steps. Some fun rock, disco and belly dancing too. I really liked the music! I caught on pretty well the first time. The more I do it, the easier it gets and that's with NO verbal cues!  Good steady state cardio.

I love this one... For the uncoordinated, it may take a couple of tries to get this one down, but it is well worth the effort... There is pure fun in this one & I am so glad that I got this one!

5 of 5 This one is a favorite July 2, 2014

Christi's version of Zumba. I still enjoy doing it over a year later. The music is great in this one, and the moves are not too hard to follow but still have a lot of variety. The nonverbal cuing is nice and gives this type of workout longevity.
