5 of 5 Love it October 8, 2014

This DVD consists of two different workouts, one on the step (or not if you don't have a step) and the other plyometric.  Modifications are shown.  Kelly has you repeating moves, but not so many times that you get bored.  She does get your heartrate up and then brings it down some with moves like a power tap and then marching.  Each segment of this DVD is a bit longer than the 30 minutes, but not by much.  I did work up a pretty good sweat, and that's saying something for me.   I never felt like I couldn't wait for the DVD to end.

5 of 5 Wonderful cardio even without the step July 11, 2014
Reviewer: Kristie from Decatur, GA United States
Kelly is such a great instructor and workout designer.  I like that she has a cardio workout that incorporates the step and shows alternate moves if you don't have one (or don't feel like pulling it out that day).  For the plyometrics, there are also modifications shown by Lauren.  You will get a more intense workout using the step and doing the plyo, but don't shy away from this one if you don't want to incorporate the equipment and jumps.  It's still a great cardio program from one of the best instructors.

5 of 5 Great athletic step and plyometrics July 10, 2014
Reviewer: RedPanda from Australia
This is great DVD which includes straightforward, athletic drills on the step, plus plyometric drills. As other reviewers have commented, the workouts are intense, but not over the top.

This is vintage Kelly - she is down-to-earth and very motivating.

5 of 5 yet to meet a KCM workout I did not like November 28, 2009
Reviewer: Vrinda from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Kelly reminds me of Cathe in that she is consistent. If you like one of her videos you are very likely to like them all.  She sticks to formats she excels at, ensures each workout is distinctive but not "different" just to be creative.

In every other way, she has her own unique style. Her style is - dont waste even a second, never rep any specific move too long, high energy but never over the top.  I find this workout intense enough to challenge someone advanced, but not a slayer. The plyo routine is my all time favorite plyo workout. The step is creative but easy to pick up. Each works you out thoroughly in just over 30 minutes. There are clever premixes of various lengths.

I really like this one.... great step that's not hard to learn, great plyometrics that really gets the heart rate up there.    The music is really fun.      She's got premixes in there that in my opinion could have mixed it up a bit more, but I love this and will pull it out often.

Possible downside.... the 30 minutes may be a bit longer than 30 minutes.   Doesn't bother me.
