I don't have a bag, but I still get a great workout. The videos are filmed on a rooftop with the Philadelphia skyline from the north as the backdrop. The workouts are about 45 minutes long. The format is basically the same for all. They start on one side with kicks and punches using the bag with a few sets of exercises like, squats, lunges, burpees, push ups, etc in between the bag sets. There is a break halfway through, and the same sequence is repeated on the other side. Workout 4 has fewer kicks, and more calisthenics for the legs. Workout 5 makes up for the lack of kicks in # 4. I did these 2 workouts after leg day, and my thighs were screaming. There is not a lot of talking in these video. Some parts seems to be re-used, and instructor does not mirror cue. There is no warm up and the cooldown is the same for each workout.
