Overall I did enjoy the Lindsi's workouts. I like the intense and straight forward formats.There were a few things that I thought could have been better. In all the workouts the music was the same. Lindsi was heavy breathing even in the warm up. Also drank water after nearly every exercise. Perhaps too many planking exercises in some workouts. Overkill on the shoulders.

This is a nice set of workouts. I agree with the first review, the gulping and swallowing isn't something we need to hear.  But once you tune that out, these workouts get the job done.  Would recommend!

I think she has put together 8 fun and challenging workouts, but there are a few things missing that would make them so much better. One, there is very little in the way of descriptions, no info on what each workout offers. Two, there are no chapters to review. Three, she should have her gulping and swallowing edited out as they are quite distracting.
Otherwise, I like them very much and hope to see more from her.

Love the combination of weights and hiit cardio!  You don't need a lot of space to do these workouts and you will be drenched in sweat at the end of each workout.  I use 10 pound weights for all of the workouts and 2 pound weights for the kickboxing workout. I am an intermediate/advanced exerciser and usually do high intensity workouts (Tonique, Insanity, Dream Body) high intensity junkies will not be disappointed with this set.
