Tonergy is a high intensity total body workout utilizing free weights, including but not limited to, resistance, calisthenics, power, plyometrics, HIIT intervals and endurance. The entire set is focused on muscle toning and firming, strength and endurance gains, and overall cardiovascular health along with fat burning. You’ll never get bored here - the workouts are ever changing in order to keep that body shocked and always guessing to ensure the best results! Tonergy is extremely intense, yet doable and all levels are catered to!
Back to the Basics (67 Minutes) - Fundamentals of Tonergy Fitness. A total body workout incorporating our basic moves.
Lethal Ladders (56 Minutes) - Increase your strength one rep at a time. A total body workout incorporating plyometrics, strength, cardiovascular and resistance training.
Hardcore (45 Minutes) - The Ultimate Tonergy workout. A total body workout implementing the amazing 'ManMaker'.
Total Body Burnout (66 minutes) - Full body resistance training with a burnout twist. Focused on taking every single muscle in your body into burnout mode.
HIIT and Plyometrics (51 Minutes) - Interval training with a sports agility twist.
Abs and Assets (58 Minutes) has been designed to build your core and abdominal strength to develop those six pack abs, glute and thigh toning to tighten up those trouble areas. Ab Portion is 38 Minutes, Legs & Glutes is 20 Minutes. There are brief breaks (demonstration of the exercises) between sets.
