This is an professionally produced workout with 3 sections of well-cued, very do-able hip-hop type moves. The 1st section is a little more jazzy flavored while the 3rd is more (90's) old-school moves.  In the fourth section you string everything you've learned in the first 3 sections together in "Showtime" for a 10-minute non-stop dance workout.  The DVD is well chaptered, so once you've learned the moves you could do the warm-up and then skip to "Showtime" and put it on repeat as often as you like before doing the cool-down.  A nice feature is that screen prompts on the bottom tell you not only the name of the move you're doing, but also the upcoming move, so you have a visual cue even before she gives you verbal instruction.
