Chris Freytag is one of my favorite trainers.  Get Moving is a beginner level workout with 5 different segments. One person shows low impact modifications but nothing seems too difficult on this dvd. If you are just starting out and want to move up to something other than walking videos this is a great choice.

Love the instructor calm but motivating at the same time. Not complicated and easy to follow for beginner. A great place to start to get a solid foundation of fitness.

This is a good basic workout with a variety of styles...I am still concluded with the wear your shoes, takeoff your shoes, and put on your shoes thing.  Why not put the shoes off segment at the end of the workout?  This interrupts the flow of the workout and let's your heart rate drop, but maybe that was their intentions with this one...I do not use this one very often...

Chris Freytag is an All Star instructor - she cues well, has great form, is encouraging without being too peppy and doesn't have lengthy setups. The first cardio with light weights section is fun and fast. I'm not sure there's much toning benefit because you have to keep the weights light. My favorite is the pilates section that works the entire body. The only thing I don't like is you take off shoes to do this part then put them back on for the last section. The final section has a kickboxing focus. Of the 3 this is my least favorite because I don't like kickboxing as much and it felt a little repetitious. You can do each section alone - great as add-ons. None of it is super intense but it does have a fun feel to it.
