This really is a great fusion workout. It starts with a standing cardio routine that uses a resistance band, then goes down for floorwork using the mini ball. I enjoyed the different moves and the barefoot fusion feel to this. Patricia is a calm and lovely instructor as well.  This is a keeper for me and it really covers all the bases for a total body workout.
