This is one of my all time favourites. I agree word for word with the previous reviewers. Very challenging but she uses unique and interesting moves which I've not come across in other workouts (and I have hundreds). Add this one to your collection if you're intermediate or advanced; you won't regret the purchase!

Likely to take even an advanced exerciser to the edge of their limits. As you get stronger you can get deeper or go heavier....so this need never get easy. The best things is how fuss free it is - with minimal equipment you get to work the legs so thoroughly. The music is not memorable which is a pity. Good music makes working extra hard easier. The instructor has an engaging presence.

One of the hardest, most effective toning programs July 6, 2014

Highly recommend!!!  When I first did this dvd, I was in decent shape and regularly working out.  I did the Mega routines and they were TOUGH!  Had major DOMS for days.  It took awhile to work up to the Master routines, and they are great, too.  I'm not sure why Michelle's program is so effective but it works.  She should do more DVDs.
