Solid workout. Time flies April 3, 2015

Paul Katami is an excellent instructor. His cuing is very good, giving you a thorough explanation of what's coming and enough time to execute the move properly. This workout is built in blocks, and each block is a series of progressive movements. At the end of each block, you repeat the entire series you've just learned a few times, and then you move on. It doesn't feel repetitive either, which is significant, as I hate workouts with a lot (or even a little) repetition. This workout will get your heart rate up and you will definitely break a sweat. It has traditional kettle bell moves combined with new and unique ones. You will only need a small kettlebell for this workout. I have nothing smaller than 10#, and sometimes that feels a little too heavy to keep good form with these moves.

Paul Katami’s signature kettlebell style is cardio-oriented, using a light bell with complex moves which often include rotations — so his DVDs are not for the weak of heart or knees!

I would definitely recommend that you use the Clinic on the DVD first to familiarise yourself with the moves, because once the workout starts, there’s no time to spare. Paul cues well, and provides plenty of motivation. I also like the countdown timer which keeps me working hard.

This is a sweaty, fun and challenging workout — highly recommended!

I love this Dvd because me and my boyfriend can do this together. The set is nice and manly. The moves are really effective and Paul knows his Kettlebells. I love the timer to help you know how much more to go and give to a move.
