Feel like I am in Grade 8 playing in gym class July 7, 2014

I really like the fun factor of playing with the med ball feels like being a kid. I love that its short but right to the point. You have to love when Patrick laughs as you are being challenged in a move he is so positive and fun. Got to love the basketball moves. Really a great workout using the med ball.

“Play Ball” is a compact, athletic routine that will work up a sweat, while challenging your balance, core strength and agility.  The ball is used throughout the workout to add resistance and a balance challenge.

The workout design and production values are excellent, and the routine is lots of fun. The only con is that there is no real warm-up, so you may want to do your own, or use “Play Ball” as an add-on.
