4 of 5 Advanced but intermediates can handle it December 10, 2017

ECB is a TOUGH workout.  I would agree that it's designed for advanced exercisers.  Patrick often goes at a fast pace, encourages heavy weight use, and includes complex moves.  I am an intermediate exerciser so I need to modify.  He does not feature a modifier in ECB so you need to have some experience (and preview the workout) to know how to adapt the moves. My modifications include no weights, not dropping to the floor with the lunges and squats, and keeping the pace slower when he cranks it up.  I still get a great workout even with modifications.  I love Patrick.  He's enthusiastic, creative, and challenging.

This one is a lot of fun even though it is hard as heck. I love that incorporates cardio and good compound moves to get your heart rate up....while building your muscles in a functional way. Patrick is great and really you can tell his years of experience as an instructor. One of the hard ones that I love.
