Heather Corndorf, a professionally trained dancer and choreographer, knows all about form and function. She has taught group fitness classes at several top gyms in addition to training and teaching at corporate and charity events, schools and fitness conferences. Heather has also been featured in both consumer and commercial fitness DVD's, videos and websites. She holds a BFA in dance from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and is an ACE-certified group fitness instructor.
