This one actually came with the 1 and 2 mile set when I bought it... It sure felt good when I started walking to get up to this one 3 mile walk...This is good for beginners...

The workout doesn't put any stress on your body.  Leslie Sansone keeps you upbeat and positive.  She is encouraging and helps keep you motivated.  I purchased this because I had the VHS Tape and switched to DVD.  This was the first of Leslie Sansones DVDs that I purchased.  I also have the Four Mile.  They are my favorites.
