These are fantastic workouts for the beginner!  It is great that you can choose to use weights or not and you still get a good sweat!  Leslie is so encouraging, I love working out with her every day!  This program works.  I started to notice great changes after 10 days of using this product.  I will continue to use Walk Away the Pounds as long as Leslie keeps cranking them out!
