My two new walk aerobic DVDs, Tone every Zone & Walk it off in 30 days burn&firm. At 49yrs old & having chronic back pain, I find these workouts safe, back friendly & effective! I have been working out to the older 2Mile walks with old cast for the past 14yrs. I LIKE the Tone every Zone with 3-20minute interval training with walk/upper body toning, walk/lower body toning & fast walk. I LOVE Leslie Sansone Walk it off in 30 days Burn&Firm. Love it & prefer it to tone every zone. : ) The new moves/variations ie the skater & chacha are really effective to bump up heart rate in this workout & a welcome surprise. I love the new the cast and the color clothing and workout location. Kudos! I LIKE the Tone every Zone with 3-20minute interval training with walk/upper body toning, walk/lower body toning & fast walk. Get ready to walk as soon as you press play. Leslie please bring back the mile meter & make more 30 min. burn & firm DVDS.

Another great Leslie workout May 30, 2015

When you see a new video by Leslie, you know that you'll be getting a quality product, and this is true of this newest workout.  It's a nice mix of weights and cardio and as usual, Leslie is her motivating self.  The last workout is all cardio.  The 20 minute circuits are just the right length and can be done separately or all together.   I'd give it six stars if I could.

Love the Upper Body Circuit! May 27, 2015

Tried the upper body circuit. I love it! Perfect for me, as I haven't been exercising on a regular basis - too much office work. The length of the workout was perfect - about 21 minutes - great for a short workout -. Couple quick walks, some upper body exercises- the time went by very quickly. Only complaint is that she didn't do much of a cool down or stretch. Knowing the length of the workout I walked slow during the last few minutes and did a couple of brief stretches.
